When asking a question like this it might be a good idea to post a link or some details about the con (ie. when, and where at a minimum)

Hmmm if we can guarentee some Warzone games I may be able to fly down. Working for an airline has its perks ;). I'd just have to find a place to stay.   Of course almost none of my stuff is painted yet so I'd have a lot of work to do before then.

I'm teaching sculpting and conversion classes there.  I'd be interested in getting in games of either WZ or Chronopia since I haven't played either.

I'm sure there would be a spare army or two for you to try your hand at.  If you're doing as much Chronopia sculpting as you recent posts suggest it would be a good idea to get a feel for the ruleset.   Unfortunately I wouldn't be able to help you there since I only play Warzone, though the rules are very very similar.
