Cerulean Mist and Sea of Blood were planned future releases for Chronopia.

So, are they a new race? How are they supposed to look like?

Cool concepts - somewhere between Illithids, Cthonic critters, and the villains of the last two Pirates of the Caribbean movies.
I'll be buying one of those Abominations for sure, as long as the miniature looks like the artwork.

Upcoming from Dragonblood (it's a WIP):
It's a Vanguard Warrior for the Dark Mariners, by Bob Olley.
I have not seen any Cerulean Horde images, but I assume from previous posts this could fit in.

This Celtos figure look like a decent proxy for the first one, however some putty breast and a head swap would make it much closer to the concept. It's an Elder Serpent Fire Sorcerer, from Celtos game.

Quite a few miniature ranges available would make ideal proxies - Tyranids, Koralon and Kryomek to name a few.
