Can commanders rally when in CC?
« on: July 12, 2009, 07:19:54 AM »
Hello again.

One of my division commanders is engaged in close combat by no less than 4 wolfbairns, can he use one action to rally a panicking group that are within command distance? Or would he have to engage the attackers in CC?

I see no problem in that.

The actions which canīt be done under certain circumstances are explicitly cleared.
Thatīs not the case for Rally others, so yes that should work.

Shure is strange, figthing hand to hand with four crasy swordsmen and at the same time talking to a panicking group about fighting on and staying strong  ;D

Doesnīt sound that strange.

The DivCom gives the highest example of courage.
Being in the fray with his comrades and even then thinking of his bunch of panicked noobs and encouraging them ;-)

Would sound like: Hey you bloody youngsters! See what you can do with a chainripper! Join the fun again!

OK, on the other hand there are the Execution SA guys....:
You coweards! Move forward again, better let the enemy have you than me! You may get lucky with those Mutants but Iīll give no quarter, so MOVE!

I concur.

Great, now I have this image of Bobcat Goldthwait (as Shakes the Clown) dressed in Victorian garb while holding a skull - thanks, D.  ;)
