I´m thinking on doing a Hussar Flamer and a Ducal GL Spec next.
But the Ideas do lack a bit.
Perhaps Topkick or dmcgee 1 have another Ducal GL.
If I remember it right he has roughly a magazine with a long thick barrel as a GL.
Have to search for a pic of them and then I think I will sculpt it from Scraps I have... as glue a pipe to a modified barrel or so.
If I´m through I´ll happily give you a walkthrough with pics ;-)
Maybe I have one for the snipers done (I kept record of a bit of my work I think).
The bits for the Snipers were an GW Lasergun for the muzzles of the Rifles and one shoulderpad , the extension of the barrel was a paperclip as is the bipod of the second Rifle.
The Magazine was cut of an old AC 19 Volcano i had left. The rest is putty and the remnants of the rifle they had. Cut the rest off and finished with a file.

I made an Hussar Flamer but it sure needs some work. Basically it was just a random thought I had since I noticed I had a spare Hussar Kaptain but no arms for him, and an extra Blitzer Kaptain with a loose FT. So I put the FT on the Hussar, and it looks alright from one side, but his other arm needs some work. (To say the least  :o)

Also yeah, the Ducal GL looks a bit like that. The launcher has a relatively thick barrel with a smaller one underneath. (I own one such specialist already, but I'd like a couple more.) I guess I'll look into what weapons I can find off other games at some point. :)

Hussar flamer is simple - take a Hussar trooper and and a GW flamer. Cut the head off the flamer and use a dremel or a pin vise to cut a small slot along the cut edge. Then shape the end of the Panzerknacker to a tab. After that it's simply insert tab A into slot B. Then you can either reove the magazine and use the flamer fuel bottle from the flamer or run some tube back to some flamer tanks. A good place to get tanks is to get Veez's rocket packs and cut off the nozzles. A good source of the fuel hose is industrial ear plugs. Most have a small platic string between them.

You can either simply use a GW GL or take a Hussar that has his rifle point up a bit. Carefully remove the barrel and upper receiver as best you can. Then take either a brass tube or the guts of an ink pen and cut to length. Use some green stuff to shape the remainder of the rifle to support the barrel of the GL

Alright, I made a pretty large purchase and got most of my needs covered. Right now I'm mostly looking for 2nd edition dragoons, as well as maybe a sergeant and kaptain or two.  I'd still like a couple of vulkans and victors though, if anyone has some to sell.

My personal GL is GW missiles from the missile launcher. I glued the 3 that are one piece to the front leg of the model and then glue the single rocket to the barrel of the gun and viola instant rifle propelled grenade
