You should be promoted - You are way too highly  dedicated, motivated and addle-pated to be a mere PFC.  ;D Such devotion to the cause deserves the awarding of the Legion of the Carpal Tunnel and a promotion to the Officer Corps. I salute you Generalisimo Joe.  ;)

Knowing Joe as I do (like most of us - from the forums, only), I know that in this forum's last incarnation, he was promoted beyond PFC.  Joe requested to remain a PFC, as a badge of honor, and, as a badge of honor, his request was granted.  Even when some of us made to Major and beyond, Joe still garnedered more respect.  Forgive the simile, but it was akin to a General having to salute a Private because the Private won the CMH (Congressional Medal of Honor for those non-military folks).

Keep giving that "assistance from a distance," Joe.  You, sir, rock!

Joe neither wants nor needs the spotlight.  I too remember his request to be busted down in rank.  Joe is a real grunt and proud to be one.  He is a credit to EE, the forums, and to himself.  Joe, you have my many accolades!

Well done Joe.  I will gladly debate with you any day [really-anyone who argues using facts and documented sources rather than just calling the other guy a dumb@$$ is top notch in my book-you don't see that much these days]!





BTW a Lance Corporal is not an NCO (it's and E-3).  Neither is a specialist even thought they are an E-4.  I think Joe should be a Major General, he is the very model of a modern Major General!

I have known PFC Joe since the seventh grade, I think we're going on fifteen now give or take a year.  Joe has always loved Warzone, has recruited so many of our friends into the game including myself, and has so many unpainted random pieces of warzone lead around his house it's not even funny.  I think Thom needs to make him a moderator for the forum or in charge of it, because let's face it Joe is the forum.

Ok, enough of the mushy stuff, does anyone else think Joe has some creapy inplanted pager, that goes off everytime somebody posts? He's always the first one to answer on most cases, and he's not in front of his computer all day, I know this for a fact.
