Moving expenses - (Cofee donuts and gas) - $25
New mortgage - alot of dollars

Congrats on making such a big move Jase.  While it seems stressful now, you are going into something very exciting.  Try to remember that all this stress is for a purpose.  The end result is well worth it the first time you come home after work.  Some things in the whole process however are beyond your control, so don't focus on them.  Having just did this process again myself I can tell you the stress goes away when you realize the things that are beyond your control and accept it.  Best of luck with it all.
