That's Andy (Manic Miner's) beastman miniature - it'll be a GREAT Dusk Realm demon once it's released.

More immediately, there's a Celtos Beastman champion that I think looks pretty good, too.  I bought four of them to use as Dusk Realm demons.  They don't have shields, but that's easily fixed.

Andy's Beastman mini looks very good and will substitute well for Dusk Realm Demons.  Do we have any idea when the model will be released?  I might have to push some "stacks" his way.

The paint job looks great on that Celtos mini.  I'm digging the metal work on it. Nice teeth too...kinda gribbly.

Reaper puts out  some great stuff; I'm waiting for them to expand their Chronoscape line more.
VeezCon products:  Not as good as if they had been actually produced by a real figure company, but better than using your shoe to proxy with...sort of!

I found these elves online and I think they are great, while they have a different feel than the Chronopia elves, I still think they look stellar, and the price is great.  Unfortunately I not certain of their size by comparison. Between the High Elves and the Dark elves, you should be able to make some great forces.

Also of course anything that says Celtos should be a fairly good approximation.

It's interesting that I am becoming a fan of the older classic style sculpts more than the newer ones.

Damn you Hal!!  I ordered those Goblins, and I'm going to field them as an SOK Barbarian force, of well, Goblins!!

Tre Manor is good people, and I love his line and what he has done for Reaper.  Most of his humans and half orcs would be excellent SOK, and his Dwarves are good too, albeit they don't look like OUR Dwarves.

Were there ever any warhawks released for SOKs?  I can use my hordes chick for a hunter model.

Hi!

Has anyone seen the Das Schwarze Auge stuff by Ral Partha Europe?

Theres quite a few nice dwarf miniatures in the range including a heavy repeating bolt thrower with two crew and a dragon slayer (two dwarves hefting a really big, heavy spear which look much like the old night goblin squig prodders by GW)

Theres also a load of nice, weird demons to use with the devout!

All the best!

Devout Blood Hunters

I was looking at trying to put some type of conversion together using the D&D mini "Bulette" as the mount.  Does anyone have any other ideas for the Blood Hunters?  I would like to hear your thoughts.
