Apology to The Blue Shark

A new member was awaiting approval and when I went to do that the cursor jumped and I didn't notice it in time. Long story short - he got rejected instead of approved. I apologize and invite him to reapply AND I promise not to screw it up agian.

It is clearly stated in my Admin contract that I am allowed to use whatever weaponry I decide is needed to enforce discipline.  ;)
