Thanks for the update Scott - glad you could bring her home today. Prayers will continue unabated until she receives a clean bill of health. Post us some more pictures of Audrey when you can.

Perhaps if we get Spagg's Karma up, the goodwill and pleasantness will flow (tap that APPLAUD button, folks!)
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

Audrey had a Broviak(?) line put in her today to make the transfusions easier on her. The line acts as an external port and they won't have to run an IV in order to transfuse her now. She is doing very well, but we will be at the hospital for several more hours.

Thanks for listening everyone,

Scott

No need for thanks, Spagg.  Being here and sending our good vibes is easy.  You're toughing it out.  We hope that we can make it a bit easier for you and your family.

Continuing to keep you in our thoughts, man.

Big hug for all of you. Take care of each other and when that gets hard let us take care of you while you rest. My love to you all Bro.

It turns out we had to stay at the hospital overnight. Audrey's O2 levels fell just a bit when she would sleep (very normal after anesthesia for a baby her size) so they wanted to be safe and keep an eye on her. She did very well overnight and they are letting us go home today. Of course there is 7 inches of snow on the ground now >:(. The line does not seem to bother her today which makes me feel better.

I am a little freaked out seeing a tube come out of my daughter, but I know it will make her more comfortable when she needs blood or has to give blood. I do appreciate the support.
