Good.  I hope you get them Craig.  The spiral bound rulebook is the key to the game, but all those older books have so much great stuff to offer in terms of artwork, painted models, and fiction.  The story in The Fallen Lands sourcebook is arguably the best short story I've read in a gaming book, bar none.  It belongs in an anthology like the GW people do with all of their Warhammer and 40K fiction.  It's too bad we didn't get novels like the Black Library for our games.

If you only wanted some and not all the figs send a polite email to the guy and ask if he is going to use all the figs or if he was interested in only certain ones. Maybe the ones you want would still be avialable.
