Been side tracked by some Vor stuff.  Sorry.  I'll get back to work on the dissadents tonight.

Great conversion work!
Always look out for number one, but don't step in number two.

Okay so here's the deal; I've been real busy lately with work and some other matters but also strangely productive with conversions and the like. The Indivian Reavers are finished and primed; they look better than the photos indicate.  The legates are done; a squad of four and one with a Gehenna Puker, the Judge has been heavily converted (not super joyful with how his robes turned out; the figure seems taller in the picture than how it comes out.  I found that I had the figures I need and did up the brides of Semai; they are needing paint as we speak also.  In other news I converted and copied the rocket packs and have several customers right now.  I then did some heavy experimenting with other conversions; some tiles to use in a space hulk/underground tunnel/citadel, some spare parts I need for other terrain projects, etc., and was building the mould for a mount for Dark Eden when I ran out of moulding compound.  I plan on using the funds from the rocket pack sales to buy more and finish the job.  I'll probably also build the definitive VeezCon Necro-organic transport vehicle (one I have moulding compound and probably more resin, and then start working on the Crab Style Heavy Machine Gun Unit, the Oriental Styled Walker, and the Necroorganic Construct with Polearm that I promised from the poles.

In non-Warzone stuff I scratchbuilt an Odin missile tank, medic drone and Pharon Harvester for Vor,  For 40k I built some tech altars and converted some figures for Dark Heresy (which I'll probably never get to play).  I also have some Necromunda-style terrain that I am in the middle of working on but that has sputtered to a halt for now.  I built and converted a Korvus walker for Void (added missile launchers to the side-I figured something that big that was just armed with a machine gun was pretty stupid conceptually).  Will probably never use it an anything, just like it's cousin the Tiger APC but there you go.  I also need to paint some figs for my D&D group, but that is another story.

What is the driving force behind all this right now?  Money.  I decided that I wanted to cut back on certain purchases until I was caught up and by not buying certain figures when I can push my envelope and convert; I've got tons of bits and there is no reason to use them.

I'll keep you all posted and get some pictures eventually.

Gah.

You make me jealous!  Evidently either I don't have the organizational skills you have or you are working on a different clock than I am!  What are you running, 36 or 48 hour days?!

I put in a couple hours an evening in front of the TV with the wife; that way we are together and can talk but I can still work.  I also work on projects simultaneously; while the glue is drying one one I'm drilling and pinning on another.

You inspired me to set up a TV tray and my paints and work on my spaceships for Recruits.  I'm almost done!  Baby steps, right?
