that was badly said. i ment, in a round he can only move 2x (8ī) when he wants to explode (or later via wait).
when he can move with the 3. A (counter)charge this will add +4ī compared to not allowing the explosion with movement.
the countercharge thing has an other advantage as well, allowing him to move further to the enemy in their round before going bom.
also, no auto-explosion i think. he needs to roll
