Vortex Fumble.

What happens when you twenty out on the cast?  Does it not go off, and you lose all your actions, or does it go off right underneath you?  I don't have my book at the office.  Sigh.

Per page 73: "If you roll a 20 for a madel's cast spell attempt, the spell backfires and tergets the spellcaster (or the point tighr below the spellcaster if the spell doesn't target models)."  A very bad day for the Devout.

Yup.  Thanks.  I should have been more in touch with that.  As it essentially throws models around, the vortex would be centered right under the Warped Lord, so I should have had to make an armor save and then roll for deviation to see where he landed!!  It was at the very end of the game, and we didn't want to worry about it.  It was punishment enough to take a wound and lose all the actions.  D'oh!!  Great game though.
