I couldn't get mine uploaded either, but I was able to do it via the URL upload from the website that I found it on.

You should be able to just copy and paste the IP address of the pic into the box labeled "I Have My Own Pic".

Then fill in the rest of the profile info you want to change.  Hit the "Change Profile" button.  Then check your

profile.

That was my problem, also.

I just had to search for like an hour until I found one on the net that I was happy with.

It was kinda frustrating, but worth it in the end!

cS (and anyone else).  Find a pic you are happy with (or make one).

I used Paint, for mine.  I found a pic I like, modified it, then shrunk it - all in Paint.

To upload and get it to show, choose to upload your own avatar in your preferences section.

Ensure that the pic is 80 x 79 pixels, and save it as a JPEG.  Then, upload it.

It is just an endless smackdown,... for all eternity! I really only thought about it for like 10 seconds.

I also considered using the album cover of Devastatin' Dave's "Zip Zap Rap".

If anyone wants the Zip Zap Rap avitar, I'll email it to you.  I already resized it according to the specs that were given earlier in this thread.

I have an actual NinjaCat avitar, but I really like the "Cat in the Lime Helmet". (credit for that name goes to dmcgee1)

It still dosent work. I want to upload from computer and have a 80x80 saved as jpeg picture, same as I had the last forum.


I have uploaded the picture on a web page and got it to work from there.

I knew it look familiar from somewhere.

I've never actually read it, but I was in charge of the "Sci-Fi/Fantasy/Role Playing/Graphic Novel/Manga" section at the Barnes & Noble I used to work at. 

Therefore, I got to look through everything.

Perhaps...  I may borrow it from my friend, and read it.
