My latests one of my latest evil projects is a Voice of Demnogonis. I started with this figure here from Hasslefree Miniatures:
and cut off his head (and took his quickening-you know the rest) and cut off the hands. I replaced one hand using a spare and sculpted the other (and proved that I am not very far along in this department yet). For a head I used a spare female head from Reaper (apparently no longer available) but it is similar to one of these (also from Hasslefree).
The final effect is creepy and goes under the brush tonight along with Project X.
