Crashing through the night
Comes a fear full cry
Jib Jab (erwocky!)
Armies of the night
Evil taking flight
Jib Jab (erwocky!)
No where to run
No where to hide
Panic spreading far and wide
Who can turn the tide?

Capitol- A neo-American hero
Capitol is there

Fighting for profit
Wherever there's trouble
over land and sea and air
Capitol is there

Can the corporate world oppose
Deadliest of foes?
Jib Jab (erwocky!)
Caps will risk it all
To end the evil call of
Jib Jab (erwocky!)
They never give up
They never say die
Walking tall with stock reports high
They sound the battle cry-
Capitol!

Capitol- A neo-American hero
Capitol will dare
Capitol- A neo-American hero
Capitol is there

Fighting for profit
Wherever there's trouble
over land and sea and air
Capitol is there

[Scene shifts to a darkend bar in a backwater Venusian port city]

A man sits by himself  in a table in the back, half hidden in shadows.  Somone observant would notice that he is not truly alone; at tables near enough to strike if he is threatened, yet far enough to allow for some privacy, men with nevrous eyes scan the room.   These men ensure that there is no someone observant.

The door opens and a man enters.  He makes his way to the corner table and sits.

"Thank you for meeting me here."
"I have taken a awful risk.  This had best be worth it."
"It is.  I have found the individual you are looking for."  He slides a dossier across the tabe.  The other man opens it.  If his face wasn't hidden behind a silver mask, one would notice his eyes widen.  Maj Anderson was forced to use his imagination.
"Tell me major, why are you so interested in helping my...organization."
"VeezCon is tired of being under the yoke of Capitol.  I understand your organization also wishes to become more...independant."
"Very well.  What do you wish in return?"
The major smiled and leaned back in his chair.   "For now, nothing.  Should something come up, I'll let you know.  If you excuse me, we both have much we need to do."
"Very well Major."

The two men walked away from one another.  Ironically they had the both thought, the sooner they were done with this fool the better.

Who is this mysterious individual the Cobra Commander is interested in?  Soon, all shall be revealed.

Technically, you played against Cobra in the "Save the Baroness" scenario.

[This is true.

Speaking of which.

Cobra Commander opened the dossier.

"The individual known as Destro is an independant arms dealer whom the Cartel suspects has been providing weapons to malcontents and insurgents all over the Solar System, although to date, none of this can be proved.  His full name is James McCullen Destro XXIV.  He is the 24th Laird of Clan Destro, a small family once aligned with Imperail until it was discovered that a member of the family was supplying weapons to both sides of the civil conflict now referred to in Imperial circles as the Sad Struggle.  That member was forced to wear a painful mask.  Subsequent generations have taken to wearing the mask upon inheriting the title of Laird as a badge of honor rather than discrace.  In addition, the current Destro has formed his own organizaiton, The Iron Grenadiers.  He is thought to have ties to the baroness.  This is the only known picture:"
