Hmmm....

Someday, I should try to make one of those.  Bring my Cartel to the party... as it seems no one plays them out there. :) :)

I'll go with you!
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

I'd like to have NoTrollNick take at look at the pics and see what I mean about, "Wide-open boards with little cover."

Anyone is welcomed to come and play :)

Boards have a little terrain on them because we have very limited supply of terrains. Usualy we build only two or three tables to play, but on the occasion of Championship we were forced to bulid 13 tables.  So we played heavy enviromet (limited LOS and so on). I think 3 of that 13 tables were pure close combat tables.

No problem.  One makes do with what one has.

Suggestions for cheap terrain.  Cardboard and plastic tubes, plastic bottles for towers and such.  Even shoe boxes can be converted for use.  While not great, its something.

One of the things Ive done for previous events is put a call out for terrain "donations" among attendees; everyone tends to have some stuff and most want to see their pieces get used.  Might be something to consider for the next one.

By the way, when is the next one?
