Admin Needed Now

Against all odds we have managed to not only survuve but to thrive sinc EE closed. This forum has provided us a palce to gather and keep the community growing. In fact we have added new members as people discover the game or come back to it.

Now we face a problem. I know of at least two people who have tried to join the forum since the format change and they are unable. Obviously there is a glitch that must be corrected by an Admin. Thom rarely comes here and Lance is MIA. We need an Admin that is going to be here regularly. Someone who sees or can contact Thom or Lance needs to get the Admin password or have Thom get it from Lance and then assign it to someone else. I recommend that one of the Mods get promoted, but it needs to happen and it needs to happen soon.

One of my alterior motives to coming to Talamania was to do just that.  Coil and I cornered Thom and he promised to take care of it.  And...

Well, it hasn't happened.  I can't fly out again just to bug him so hopefully one of the locals can stick a bug in his britches. :-\

People, not a lot but some, are talking about Warzone at TMP and they are positive. However if we don't get this registration problem fixed so people can join we get to go back the the days when our name was mud everywhere but here. I'm not gonna keep going thru this ****. I'm to the point that if it isn't fixed soon then I am gonna go old school to get it done.

I am so sorry to have not gotten to take care of any of this sooner but I had locked myself out of the site and it took a lot of coordinating to get me back in.  Happy to be back.

Hell, it'll take me weeks just to learn the basics.  I'm confident however that this community can and will take care of itself.  Thom has been more than kind keeping it online for our use, out of his own pocket.  Kings to you, Thom, for letting us do our thing.

I take it you didn't need me as an administrator?

Coil, Topkick, or Josh... could one of you remove my moderator status if possible?  I don't see a need to zap spam anymore now that you guys can do it just as easily.  If you can't remove that status from my profile, then I guess I'd have to delete my account and start over.  Send me a PM and let me know what needs to be done.
