Cartel Elite Squads
« on: November 19, 2005, 05:35:51 AM »
I was just wondering if there is any plan to add elite squads to the Cartel?

I'd presume that they would.

However, as the Cartel, for the moment, is used primarily in conjunction with other Corporations as Allies it'd be almost counter productive to add too many Elite forces until such time as a desire to flesh the Cartel out even further arises.  But honestly, how much more Elite than DoomTroopers can ya get?

Yes doomtroopers are elite but they are purchased as support units.

Off Topic:  Phil, to what does your signature refer?  I understand the definition of irony, but your example eludes me.
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

I assume the band in question is Lynyrd Skynyrd - as for who the idiots are  ???

Doh  :o  I remember now - Steve Bushemi said it when the convicts were partying to Skynyrd after they thought they had pulled it off and were getting away.
