Is that all you have unpainted?I have thousands in boxes, blisters and others that have been taken out of packaging to condense for the sake of space. My collection goes back some twenty plus years. It would be so cool to have them all painted.

That's just the Warzone figs...and that is a guesstimate.  I might have over a thousand, I just don't know for sure.  Hence, the desire to get them all painted, and placed in units in a central storage area.  Then I will truly have a handle on the collection...well, on the Warzone collection!

I have also managed to accumulate thousands of figures for other game systems.  Most of which I will probably never play.  But, the figs sure are pretty!

Since the Blitzers have no exposed flesh, just wash the entire fig.   A little detailing later, viola!

In my opinion, the Blitzers have exposed flesh - their arms.  I think that they have uniform "vests" and gloves, but no sleeves.  Am I incorrect in my assesment?
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

Depends on how you want to paint them up.   I can see a good argument either way.  The arms, what you can see of them, have no molded folds.  However, I don't like the look of full gaunts and full length sleeveless vest - with no shirts.  Seems like shorts and black socks...just not stylish enough for me!

That is very impressive for just Warzone.I must be like you collecting all sorts of miniatures for games that I will never play. But as you say they do look pretty.Miniature collector first, Gamer(I wish).

OK, since I cannot go to Talamania, I picked up the paintbrush instead.  These are the fruits of my labor.  Or, I am a laboring nut, or something like that.

Still just doing basic slop and glop paint jobs, as I want to get the collection to tabletop standard...

 Enjoy!!! :)

Beardy!
VeezCon products:  Not as good as if they had been actually produced by a real figure company, but better than using your shoe to proxy with...sort of!

If that is slop and glop, then I'm in trouble.  I must still be at the "finger paint" level. :D

But wait, there's more!   <How much more??>

MUCH MORE!

So, I finally finished the rest of the Kadavers and the Praetorian Behemoth that has been sitting half painted for over a year.

I kinda like the big guy, and really want to do more with the fig.   But, he is done for now.   Now, everyone go out and paint!

Next up, Shock Troopers!   Another unit that has been sitting half painted for a long time.   After that, who knows.

Title says it all.   One of the first Excelsior "new" sculpts.  I will post pics of him and the Shock Troopers I am trying to finish up tonite. The flash kinda washes out some of the color, and makes the wash seem a bit light than it should be.  After looking at this bad boy in picuture form, I also noticed some areas I need to touch up.  Still, this gives an idea of how cool the figure looks.   May add some different angle shots later, to show how the back of the fig turned out.

Enjoy!

This was one of the first figures produced by Excelsior when they picked up Warzone.  I think the other figure that came out about that time was the Golden Lion Tank Hunter.  So, not quire as rare as the Tekron Warmaster, Blight Commandos, Dragoon Sniper or Euthanasi.  I consier those to be the truly rare ones.  Still, if you don't have one, and see it in a bargain bin somewhere, might want to snatch it up.
