New Iron Man Movie

     I was reading in the paper the other day about an Iron Man movie that is going into productionand guess wo is starring as Tony Stark?  Give up?  Robert Downing Jr.????!!!!  I'm not sure I can watch 2 hrs of Iron Man in a rehab.

Considering Tony Stark is a recovering alcoholic, I think it was a good choice. :)

Why not? If you are a fan of the comic you've been reading about it for several years now.

     To tell the truth I havn't read alot of comics in the last decade, so I really don't know what's been going on in Iron Man.  My first  impression was what an unusual choice it was, not bad, just unusual.  I first learned of the Iron Man movie from watching Avengers 2, and was pretty excited that they are going to do it. I like Robert as an actor I was just poking alittle fun at the guy, sorry.

No offense taken and I apologize if I came across a bit strong as well. Downey is an amazing actor who can handle comedy and drama equally well. Plus after his highly publicized problems he works cheaper than most with his level of talent. I'm sure budget had quite a bit to do with it.

Iron Man's being directed by Jon Favreau and John Billingsley, the actor who played Ralphie from the "Christmas Story".

Ought to be an interesting movie.
