Heh - I think I'd be upset if George Takei was my dad, too.
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

I was a little disappointed about this episode, but I loved how it ended (and not because it was over)...

doesn't that cause some kind of time-space distortion loop (oh wait, that's Star Trek)...

It's not a new season, it's just the last 5 or 6 episodes of season 1 after a very annoying break.

That mercurial Slater gave up on heroes, jammed out playing guitar with my friend/student, then went out for Indian.  I'll have to catch the reruns later.  I don't know where my initial enthusiasm went.  It just up and waned.

Seems to be a common occurance now that they are doing roughly 3 mini schedules with repeats between each one. I can remember when I was a kid a season was 33 weeks and no freakin repeats til summer.

I don't mind that they have broken up the season like this...supposedly, there were only 13 episodes, because NBC didn't know how the series would be taken, and since the series became so huge, they had to start prepping more episodes....

I find that it makes the series a little more exciting...it allows the shows to rise to a climatic event, then go away for a month or so to build excitement without having to wait a full summer to catch up...

Gotta disagree with that. Building up to a cliffhanger ala the old serials is fine for a movie theater but having a cycle like that on TV is bad for ratings. You watch a show and then it goes into reruns you switch and watch another show in the same time slot. At the end of the rerun cycle you are hooked on the second show as the cliffhanger is fresh in your mind. Show # 1 goes by the wayside. They would be better off to offer 2 six month seasons and alternate shows.

BTW this plan would also eliminate reruns which I hate. Instead shows could go to DVD every 6 months or webcast or syndication to the appropriate cable channels. It would be nice for some stations to have something other than Law and Order to run 6 times a day. I like Law and Order but not all freakin afternoon.
