Inspiration + initiative roll

Does the inspiration ability add to the LD for the initiative roll (if the miniature with the highest effective LD would be that miniature, obviously)

So, then, strategic insight can then be combined with that?  ie, B&G col, LD = 15, plus inspiration 2 = 17; coupled with the infantry col, who has strategic insight, would raise that to a 19 for initiative??

*edit* thinking further.. if the inf. col, and the B&G col. were within Commad distance, the B&G col, would raise the LD of the Inf. Col from 16 to 18, and then add the strategic insight on top, makes 20! hmmm...  can be good!

I did not realize that Initiative had anything to do with Morale.
