Happy Groundhog Day
« on: February 02, 2007, 06:15:25 AM »
The calendar says it's Groundhog Day today, so I guess some sort of celebration is in order.

Maybe something involving Bill Murray?

well considering we have about 12 inches of snow on the ground and the forecast for the next 5 days has negative temps, I think that that Punx Phil rat is a lying sack of [bleep]...

Maybe this has something to do with you being Mexican.  You living in Cleveland seems like a fish out of water.

Not lying - he forecasted 4 more weeks of winter - he didn't note the severity.

Actually, Phil predicted an early spring this year......

Correct - when he sees his shadows, it means 6 more weeks of winter - not 4.
