Vulkan Conversion

I have never liked the "roll cages" (in WWII, they were antennae, on German armored scout cars).  These pics are of the "cages" I am making from plastic coated wire.

what can I say, a very nice vulcan, but the "roll cage" is not my taste..
I would go so far to say, that the original one looks even better...

may be the roundish appearance, or that it looks too much like a modern thing (ok, I know bauhaus chairs where made from bended tubes )

Damn...I can believe you would bother to post such crap Dave...
Just kidding man, good stuff, only thing i would say is shorten up the wire going to the base.

personally, I would just remove the cages altogether, but the one's that you have made are much better than the one's on the "stock" Vulkans....
