Based on what Ive read about the cartel. The Vor Union soldiers would make great proxies for cartel.

Heres a page with some of the Union figs on it in case you havent seen them before.

  Pig Iron infantry looks good too.  I just got some and they seem to fit with the scale of the newer sculpts.  Once I get around to painting them, I'll see about posting pictures
