No worries Tim.  ArcherCon is sometime in Feb.  It's prolly in Reading but plans are being hatched, and schemes are being, well, schemed.

Indeed....  It is being schemed.

  Initial thoughts....

date:
Mid to late Feb (depends on Uncle Sam) Update when I get my list of Drill Dates.

capacity
The House definately has room for up to four 4x4 tables, maybe 5 (6 if I stow the 80yr old couch).  The front room (formerly a porch) with its coffee table and couch can be used for Painting of mini's.  If the weather is really nice (ie: warm and sunny, which would not be right for Feb!!), there is a back deck to possibly set stuff up on.  So its potentially up to 10 playing and up to 3 or 4 painting.

If folks is bored, the playstaytion is in the front room with three of the GTA's (III, Vice, SanAndreas) , SoCom 2 and 3, Grand Turismo 4 and Heroes of the Pacific.  NCAA Football 06 is there too... but one must commit an hour to play. :-)

Food places in the area:
the Neighborhood Pizza place is a whole two blocks away.  Good pizza, steaks subs, normal subs and other fare.  ;D
WaWa a very short drive away.
  Chinese delivery
and for after gaming eats, an Awesome Mongolian BBQ/Buffet on 5th in the Fairgrounds Mall.  Several diners in the area too.

other items
As mentioned before, there are antiques.  Most can be stored away but some can't easily do so.
We have a Cat, a Dog (Keeshond), ten birds and a snake.  Allergy sufferer's had better drug up... :) :) :)
Parking is a touch tight but if there is no snow, stacking the back driveway should not be difficult and the road I am on usually has a hand ful of spots to park.

I remember their wraps were scrumptious.

  Yep.  They are.   ;D

BTW- you are invited once a date is set.  There is plenty of Outlet Shopping in the area for the missus if she does not partake in gaming.  And decent-priced hotels nearby too.

Tnetatively, yes - I will get back to you.
If sing, sang, and sung, sink, sank, and sunk, and drink, drank, and drunk, how is it that it isn't bring, brang, and brung, think, thank and thunk, and ding, dang, and dung?

Don't even get me started about bad, badder and baddest.  Run, ran AND run...again?  C'mon!

Dave's terrain is da bomb, and yes, I'm hoping he shows, but I've got some new stuff to throw down, so we'll have some good lookin' tables with enough terrain to make some good gaming.

We'll have to throw down a two day event!!  Spare rooms and couches to crash on.  Maybe a small conference room in a hotel...  Let's see what ArcherCon does first.  Springtime we'll get even more ambitious.

Warning - Smack Talk Alert
Archer sat across from MasherKing. It was a warm spring day as they faced each other in another of their endless battles. Archer reached for the dice when from the west came a thunderous roar of hooves. Suddenly they appeared - The Horsemen of the Midwest.

Mounted on coal black steeds they came. Fire sparked from the gorund with each hoof strike. From the cold lakeshore of Cleveland came The Ohio Gang - Stalker, Sylvas, and The One King. From the windswept plains between the Ohio and Mississippi Rivers came the Boys From Illinois - Southpaw, Coldthunder and Topkick.

As Archer and MasherKing watched the Horsemen draw near their hearts grew cold, their mouths grew dry and they knew fear.
Be who you are and say what you feel, because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind. - Dr. Seuss (1904 - 1991)
