Title: Historicon 2010 - Valley Forge Convention Center
Post by: luckyone on May 03, 2010, 08:34:18 AM
Historicon is fast approaching.

July 8th - 11th.

Most people attend Friday - Sunday.

I plan on being there Friday evening  - Sunday late morning.

This year it will be held at the Valley Forge Convention Center (by King of Prussia).

I could bring my terrain for a pick-up game of Warzone if anyone is interested.

The vendor hall is absolutely huge and there is a flea market. Not to mention a ton of games and gaming area.

I really enjoyed going last year. I missed Cold Wars this year so I am looking forward to the event.

Here is a link to what the vendor's hall typically looks like. There were several other rooms with vendor's in it also last year (stores).

The pre-reg is up along with all the events lists. I highly encourage anyone who wants to attend to pre-reg and sign up for a game or two. They fill up fast.

If anyone wants a game of Warzone at Historicon post here and let me know. I will have to arrange pickup/delivery of my terrain (currently at Dave's).

Thanks

Tim

It went really well. There were a ton of vendors including one that builds furniture that doubles as a gaming table (or vice versa) from another point of view.

A lot of gaming going on. The convention center here is much better suited for the event IMHO.
