how does one post pictures?

CLick additional options then choose a picture to attach.

I need to post those pics from the other week.  I should do that when I get home.

alternatively, you can host them from another site and then link to them with the
"insert Image" button up there

hmm.... if the size of the pics is a problem, I could start a Yahoo! Album (they're free, right?) and post 'em there.
