Post painted pics of your Blackblood forces here. Use a direct link from photobucket or whatever place you store your pics. If one day we get a new gallery, we can organize all the pictures accordingly.

Poor Blackbloods, they feel no love.
I'll start filling this out I suppose.

After several years away from miniature painting, I started painting Chronopia figures, and my first attempts were Orc Swordsmen and Goblin Ripper beasts. They came out OK, but clearly my skills were a bit rusty, especially on the Ripper Beasts...
Ripper Beasts:

My pride and joy (thus far) of my painted Blackbloods: my Assault Warrior warband.
These boys took me forever to paint...

Thanks to all for the kind words. I think the ripper beasts look pretty plain in person. the skin isnt shaded real well. But they certainly look good enough for the table!!!
-
In your defense the ripper beasts are smooth skinned so no texture to work with.

I like the very expressive eyes-- he seems like a mellow myrmidon. ;D
-
Great job on the figure. Did you glue on the gobos or use something so you can remove them?

each gobbo has a pin, and the myrmadon has 5 holes drilled into it. so you can remove the gobbos as they get killed.

Awesome job!

Not overly excited about these proxies, but here is a group of Goblin Spearmen, proxied from an old-school Ral Partha goblin pack:
