Why do doom troopers have no Point Cost? How are they selected/ a cartel army made?

What is a Consultant/Advisior in UWZ and how are they purchased for an army?

The point cost for the Doomtroopers was omitted, but was FAQ'ed. Capital 92, Bauhaus 106, Imperial 97, Mishima 103, and Cybertronic 96. As far as Consultents there taken as Support units. I dont use them personally so someone else will have to explain them you.
